Description: Oracle Cloud HCM / Payroll Functional Consultant to deliver full end to end HCM / Payroll suite implementation.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Oracle Cloud HCM / Payroll implementations (system configuration).
– Familiar with CoreHR, Talent Management, or Compensation.
– HCM Self-Service, approvals and workflows.
– Experience with Personalisations and work Structures.
– DV or SC Cleared.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Work with the wider team to implement within existing Oracle HCM Cloud solution.
– Oracle Cloud HCM Configuration.
– Implement CoreHR, Talent Management or Compensation.
– Working closely with functional and technical teams.
– Data Migration activities.
