Description: The Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Support Consultant will be responsible for the delivery of incidents, problem resolution and change activities. Reporting into the Lead Oracle Cloud HR Support Consultant, the role will be part of a wider team working collaboratively across our Client’s company and with the Client’s customer to deliver fantastic products and services.
Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years
5 Key Skills Required:
– Level 2 Support.
– Excellent knowledge of a wide range of modules in the Oracle HCM/EBS suite but particularly recruitment.
– Experience of ITIL fundamentals including Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
– Ability to work across multiple deliverables.
– Desirable background in recruitment.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
– Managing the Oracle Cloud HCM, Compensation,OLC and EBS HCM support for the customer including request fulfilment, Incident Management, Problem Management and Change.
– As appropriate undertake root cause analysis of customer issues raised, apply fix as necessary and manage through to resolution.
– Managing expectations with the customer through change and/or issue lifecycle.
– Working with the customer to identify and document business requirements.
– Supporting the design of the technological solution for the customer and ensure best practice approaches, tools and templates are used, and manage the team to deliver high quality solutions and services.
