Description: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional / Technical Consultant to write functional design documents for integrations.

Minimum Years Experience: 6 Years.

– Review of current state of business processes vs. existing / future releases / products.
– Review of System Performance with respect to Oracle vanilla (demo) environment for standard functionality.
– Review of implemented modules versus identified issues (with Functional SMEs).
– Current architecture landscape.
– Current business process documentation.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Core HCM.
– Payroll Integration.
– Absence Mgt.
– Time & Labor.
– Workforce Compensation.
