Description: Client is seeking an Oracle SCM Application Support Analyst to assist in the delivery of mission and business-critical application services with internal customers.
Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years
5 Key Skills Required:
– 6+ years of relevant experience in a technical application support role working with Oracle Cloud/Oracle Fusion SCM.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules, especially with SCP (Supply Chain Planning), Demand Planning, and Inventory modules.
– Functional knowledge of core Supply Chain processes (supply planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, reverse logistics, etc.).
– Professional fluency in English required.
– Able to work in a Team environment.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
– Provide efficient application support and administration, including incident resolution, change implementation, request fulfilment, and problem management follow up.
– Communicate proactively and professionally with stakeholders and partners.
– Identify opportunities for improvement and act on them.
– Thoroughly and accurately document problems and resolutions in service desk system and employee knowledge base.
– Work proficiently with minimal daily guidance.
