Description: Due to the successful execution of the growth strategy within our client’s Managed Services, we are looking to expand the Oracle EPM team. You will work closely with their clients, assisting them with issue resolution and enhancements to their Oracle EPM products, whilst ensuring they are getting the maximum value from their products and achieving demonstrable return on investment.
Minimum Years Experience: 3 Years
5 Key Skills Required:
– 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle EPM cloud or on premise.
– Technical hands-on experience with EPM Planning and Data Management/Data Exchange.
– Knowledge of Accounting and Finance concepts.
– Experience of working in a shared resource model where you work on multiple clients in the same day.
– Experience of managing Oracle Service Requests, including Sev-1 SRs, and the SR escalation process.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
– You will work as part of the Managed Services team, working alongside other Support Analysts, and reporting directly to one of the Support Managers
– You will work with a number of the clients in a shared resource model to assist them is resolving issues, in line with their agreed SLAs, and working on enhancements to their Oracle EPM products.
– You will be proactive in providing recommendations to their clients to ensure they are getting the maximum value form their Oracle EPM products and achieving demonstrate return on investment.
– You will excel in delivering client satisfaction, measured by CSAT and NPS scores.
– Provide impact assessments of the SaaS monthly updates from Oracle.
