Oracle EBS Project Manager

Description: My client is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Project Manager

Minimum Years Experience: 10-12+

5 Key Skills Required:

– 8+ years of project and process management experience required
– 5+ years of experience creating reports
– Superior oral and written communication skills, ability to manage expectations of the business, clients, team members, management and prior experience successfully leading and motivating teams in a matrix environment
– Experience working with FIN, SCM for projects and Agile methodology
– Advanced experience in Jira, MS Office (excel, word, Project, PowerPoint) and TEAMs

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders, to ensure alignment with business goals.
– Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver the project according to the approved scope, timelines, and quality standards.
– Develop comprehensive project plans that detail timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
– Establish project baselines, track project progress, and manage any scope changes through formal change control processes.
– Assign tasks, provide clear direction, and ensure that team members have the necessary resources to execute their work.
