Description: You will be accountable for ensuring all business and finance changes required as part of implementing the Oracle Solution are adopted across the group.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 years

Key Skills Required:

– Establish an effective network to deliver change and sustained adoption of the new system.
– In collaboration with our implementation partner you will Create, Own and Deliver the Change strategy for the Programme.
– Lead the Programme Communications plan in conjunction with existing internal communications teams.
– Play a key part in the design and delivery of the training programme.

Areas of Responsibility:

– Work with the Consulting group and help them explore the needs of their client.
– Take responsibility for designing the Proof of Concept.
– Manage end user expectations.
– Represent the Consulting organisation with the utmost professionalism.
