Description: Looking for a Test Manager for one of our client’s that is going through an Oracle Cloud transformation. Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll Test Management.
Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years
5 Key Skills Required:
– Partnering with the functional consultants and program leaders to assess the communication and engagement needs for stakeholder groups.
– Developing and executing on the program communications plan to prepare Associates for change and support adoption.
– Leading content and messaging efforts to promote understanding of the program.
– Experience with working across COracle Cloud HCM and Payroll modules.
– Working with end users.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
– Demonstrated track record of conceiving and executing varied test strategies for complex, Oracle Cloud or ERP HCM and Payroll system implementations.
– Experience working with change management professionals and principles to achieve program results and positive stakeholder experience.
– Manage end user expectations.
– Success at building relationships and collaborating in a global organization.
– Experience with training and organisation change structures.
