Oracle Cloud Technical Product Manager

Description: Our client is searching for a Technical Product Manager with a deep specialization in Source-To-Pay & Acquire-To-Retire as part of their Oracle Cloud Transformation.

Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Experience leading multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations involving ERP Financials as a technical product manager, project manager or SME.
– 8+ years of technical product management or relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years relevant experience with a Master’s degree.
– An experienced professional with a full understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules specifically in Source-To-Pay & Acquire-To-Retire modules of Oracle Cloud ERP.
– Hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules.
– In-depth understanding of financial flows and business processes in financial management.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Apply deep product domain knowledge, partners closely with the business, senior technical product management team, technical and delivery teams as needed to ensure value delivery.
– Lead and manage mid/large Teams consisting of Sr. Technical Analysts, Business Analysts, developers, and Product QA Teams.
– Work with Solution Architects for maintaining, developing, and enhancing the product.
– Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch.
– Works as part of a team of technical product managers expected to broadly influence a large portion of the organization or with a charter to innovate/disrupt a strategically important domain.
