Description: Global Oracle Cloud Implementation covering; Financials, HR, Payroll and SCM.

Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years

Key Skills Required:

– Experience of working within a Cloud environment.
– Management of stakeholders.
– Experience of managing SI’s.
– Global travel may be required post COVID.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Oversight of all ongoing Tickets / Business Pain Points.
– Day to day management of Business Super Users.
– Day to day management of 3rd party support consultants.
– Day to day management / oversight of 3rd Party support vendor.
– Management reporting on ticket volumes, ‘pain points’ and 3rd party performance monitoring.
