– Solution Leadership: Lead the definition and delivery of Oracle cloud solutions in collaboration with senior leaders, ensuring successful project outcomes.
– Design Expertise. Utilise Oracle Cloud knowledge to design client-specific solutions, for Payroll and HCM solution.
– Functional Responsibility: Take charge of all functional aspects of Oracle Cloud implementation, leading teams and providing specialized expertise as needed.
– Consultancy Role: Undertake the lead consultant role, specialising in Oracle Cloud solution definition and implementation.
– Strong design and delivery experience.
