– Strong requirement gathering.

Areas of Responsibility:

– Support expert users in the business and work with them to increase their understanding and capabilities in Oracle.
– Embed ownership of payroll processes within all areas and regions of the business.
– Work with finance teams to improve existing working practices and introduce new ones.
– Key representative for Payroll to wider global implementation team.
– Keeping implementation partner honest.
