Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant

Engagement Type: Support & Enhancements

Description: My client is looking for a strong Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional consultant for Production Support.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Has completed at least 1 successful Oracle Cloud payroll implementations (US), 2 implementations preferred.
– Experience providing post implementation production support.
– Has a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Core HR.
– Light Technical helpful but not required.
– Strong troubleshooting skills.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Remote Production Support.
– Troubleshoot payroll issues for new and existing payroll implementations.
– Communicate via ticket system, MS Teams or Zoom with client.
– Train client on solutions or processes.
– Document solutions to issues.
