Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.

5 Key Skills Required:

– Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (system configuration).
– Familiar with legislation for different countries.
– HCM Self-Service, approvals and workflows.
– Experience with Personalisations, Work Structures.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Work with the wider team to implement within existing Oracle HCM Cloud solution for US and Canada legislations.
– Oracle Cloud HCM Configuration.
– Implement different legislations.
– Working closely with functional and technical teams.
– Data Migration activities.
