Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting Lead

Engagement Type: Implementation

Description: My client is looking to engage with a strong Oracle OTBI BIP Reporting Lead to drive their Oracle Cloud implementation Reporting around Oracle Cloud HCM applications.

Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Experience in working in an Oracle Cloud HCM environment.
– Ability to translate end-user requirements into specifications for IT.
– Strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM Reports development using OTBI and BIP.
– Oracle Cloud Implementation previous experience with HCM would be beneficial.
– Strong customer-facing and communication skills.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Take ownership and lead OTBI BIP reporting.
– Work with team leads to ensure business requirements are met.
– Work with key users of all levels to identify required reports and agree a ‘packaged’ reports portfolio.
– Hands-on development of reports / dashboards and BI Publisher
– Train ‘super users’ in how to develop these reports.
