Description: My client is looking for a strong Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to take ownership and deliver their HCM suite implementation.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

– Cloud HCM design, implementation, testing and support experience.
– Integration experience.
– Educated to degree level.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Strong stakeholder management.
– Strong requirement gathering.
– Create and manage suitable documentation for integration.
– Communicate effectively with the technical teams.
– Manage SI delivery and build.
