Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Time & Labor Principal Consultant

Description: Looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Time & Labor Principal Consultant to join our client that is going through an Oracle Cloud transformation.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

Key Skills Required:

– Previous experience of at least 5 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
– Experience leading a project team in at least 3 client-facing, functional delivery roles
– Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll, ABM, OTL and/or other HCM Cloud modules
– Public sector experience

Areas of Responsibility:

– Serve as the Functional Expert and Trusted Advisor in the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud ABM/OTL implementation projects.
– Lead design and discovery workshops to define business requirements. Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality, client requirements and recommend solutions.
– Gather and interpret business requirements to appropriate configurations of the Absence Time & Labor modules. Lead the testing events associated with the project delivery cycle.
– Ability to travel during the most critical phases of the project, if requested
