Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management

Engagement Type: Implementation.

Description: We are currently working with an ERP Implementation partner who is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM and Absence consultant to work on their end clients Cloud implementation.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.

5 Key Skills Required:

– Oracle Cloud HCM.
– Cloud Absence Management.
– Team Management.
– Requirement gathering.
– Multi country roll out expertise.

Areas of Responsibility:

– Fulfil ongoing report requests for creation of new reports, updates to existing reports and creation/adjustments to scheduled reports.
– Provide second and third tier support for HRIS applications across all areas of HR and the enterprise.
– Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.
– Coordinate and assist with day-to-day administration and maintenance for HRIS applications with other team members.
– Liaise with the Cloud vendor, internal IT teams and the external supporting partners to solve end user technical issues.
