Oracle Cloud Finance Support Consultant

Description: Oracle Cloud Finance Support Consultant required to join a client in Post Go Live, providing support services to a central Finance Team.

Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years.

5 Key Skills Required:

– Strong experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/Finance.
– Large landscape, multi country, complex set up environments.
– Experience providing support to Oracle Cloud Finance users, issue resolution, managing tickets, raising SR’s
– Broad experience across, configuration and testing as well as good understanding of common Finance business process.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Work closely with finance business users to ensure timely resolution of issues.
– Manage SR’s with implementation partner through to successful resolutions.
– Test re-developed or configured Oracle Cloud Finance solutions.
– Communicate with finance business users on ongoing issues.
– Work with Head of Oracle Cloud support to update on workload and service provided to Finance users.
