Oracle Cloud Finance Lead

Description: Oracle Cloud Finance Lead required to join a new 3-5 year Oracle Cloud transformation programme.

Minimum Years Experience: 15 Years.

5 Key Skills Required:

– 15 years Oracle Cloud Financials, including end-to-end implementations .
– Experience leading Oracle Cloud Finance workstream on large Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.
– Experience designing Oracle Cloud Finance solutions in complex businesses with multiple entities.
– Accounting or Finance Qualification is desirable.
– Strong knowledge of Finance business process.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Finance modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to define finance processes, gather requirements, and provide strategic guidance.
– Provide expert-level support for Oracle Financials, troubleshoot issues, and recommend best practices.
– Liaise with cross-functional teams to integrate finance solutions with other business systems .
– Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and lead workshops to train finance teams.
