Oracle Cloud Core HR Compensation Lead

Description: Looking for an Oracle Cloud Core HR Compensation Lead to join our client that is going through an Oracle Cloud transformation.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

Key Skills Required:

– Previous experience of at least 5 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
– Experience leading a project team in at least 3 client-facing, functional delivery roles
– Current Core HR and Workforce Compensation and Benefits expertise

Areas of Responsibility:

– Serve as the Functional Expert and Trusted Advisor in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits) implementation projects.
– Lead design and discovery workshops to define business requirements. Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality, client requirements and recommend solutions.
– Gather and interpret business requirements to appropriate configurations of the Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Benefits modules. Lead the testing events associated with the project delivery cycle.
– Ability to travel during the most critical phases of the project, if requested
