ERP Change Manager

Engagement Type: Implementation

Description: Looking for a Change Management Specialist for one of our clients that is going through an ERP transformation.

Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Partnering with the change lead(s) and program leaders to assess the communication and engagement needs for stakeholder groups.
– Developing and executing on the program communications plan to prepare Associates for change and support adoption.
– Leading content and messaging efforts to promote understanding of the program.
– Facilitating business process change with business teams.
– Prepare and execute business readiness assessments.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Demonstrated track record of conceiving and executing varied communications strategies for complex, global ERP system implementations.
– Experience working with change management professionals and principles to achieve program results and positive stakeholder experience.
– Manage end user expectations.
– Success at building relationships and collaborating in a global organization.
– Drive all aspects of training from analysis through to delivery.
