Description: My client is looking for an OCM consultant to help with an ERP implementation.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
– Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
– Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
– Track and report issues and delays that may impact timelines.
– Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Complete change management assessments.
– Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance.
– Create actionable deliverables for the Communications Plan and Training Plan.
– Support and engage senior Project Team Members.
– Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
