Oracle OCI Consultant

Engagement Type: Support and Enhancements.

Description: I am working with a London based end client who is in the market for a strong Oracle OCI Consultant to help with Application and Technical support.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.

5 compétences clés requises:

– Strong, hands-on knowledge in (at least one or more) Oracle Applications; EBS, EPM, OBIEE, SOA, IDCS, EDW.
– Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
– Proven knowledge of ITSM tools, Integrations, Project Management Tools.
– Advanced knowledge in multiplatform environments and data flows.
– Proven ability to manage an array of Application Technologies (Cloud/SaaS/On-Prem/Legacy).

5 domaines de responsabilité:

– Service Lifecycle Management.
– Technical writing documentation/SOP development knowledge.
– Manage complex troubleshooting for Applications including Root Cause Analysis & Remediation.
– Work closely with development groups, support groups, and vendors to coordinate special operations, and communicate/escalate problems as appropriate to meet assigned deadlines.
– Understanding of operating procedures and when they should be created/changed/updated.
