NetSuite Master Data Specialist

Description: The NetSuite Master Data Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality, accuracy, and governance of master data within the NetSuite ERP system. This role plays a critical function in ensuring that all master data (including customer, vendor, item, price and financial data) is maintained to the highest standards, enabling efficient business operations, accurate reporting, and effective decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, along with experience in data management and governance practices.

Minimum Years Experience: 1 Year

– Strong knowledge of master data management principles, practices, and tools.
– Proficiency in NetSuite, particularly with respect to data management modules (Item, Customer, Vendor, etc.).
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
– Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision

– Maintain and manage all master data elements in NetSuite, including customer, vendor, product, pricing, and financial data.
– Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across the NetSuite system.
– Conduct regular audits of data inputs to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies and implement corrective actions.
– Oversee the creation, updating, and deletion of master data records in line with company policies.
– Adaptability, Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
