Description: Looking for a Change Management Specialist for one of our client’s that is going through an SAP S4HANA transformation.

Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years

Erforderliche Schlüsselfähigkeiten:

– Partnering with the change lead(s) and program leaders to assess the communication and engagement needs for stakeholder groups.
– Developing and executing on the program communications plan to prepare Associates for change and support adoption.
– Leading content and messaging efforts to promote understanding of the program.

Verantwortungsbereiche:

– Demonstrated track record of conceiving and executing varied communications strategies for complex, global ERP system implementations (SAP).
– Experience working with change management professionals and principles to achieve program results and positive stakeholder experience.
– Manage end user expectations.
– Success at building relationships and collaborating in a global organization.
