5 Erforderliche Schlüsselfähigkeiten:

• Five plus years of hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) configuration and support experience, preferably with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proven experience executing system changes and enhancements in ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of financial processes: P2P, O2C, General Ledger, AP/AR, and month-end close.
• Experience working with multi-currency, multi-entity environments and supporting audit readiness (SOX preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

5 Verantwortungsbereiche:

• Configure and optimize Oracle Cloud ERP modules, including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, to meet evolving business requirements and global compliance needs.
• Build, modify, and maintain workflows native to Oracle Cloud Fusion.
• Create and maintain integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and other systems (e.g., commissions, payroll, banking, tax engines) using Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware tools.
• Perform root cause analysis, resolve system issues, and implement enhancements with minimal downtime.
• Execute testing cycles, regression testing, and release readiness tasks, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and patches.
