Engagement Type: Support and Enhancement Description: The Client is looking for a Business Analyst to be the technology owner for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and other shared services. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Day to Day administration and management of the Oracle Applications Cloud system. - Act as a key liaison between the Business Teams and other technology vendors/teams in Finance and other shared services areas such as HR, legal, etc. - Work closely with other technology team members to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. - The Business Analyst will build relationships with relevant business stakeholders, and work collaboratively and flexibly. - Provide high quality business analysis services. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Administer, configure, manage and support the Oracle Applications Cloud system. Act as a first line of support for the business users. Provide required month end and year end support to business users. - Be the subject matter expert for Oracle Applications Cloud system, specifically Financials and Production Accounting modules. - Create Functional specifications, lead system design, testing and deployment of solutions. - Maintain detailed documentation related to business processes, user guide, systems and related technology processes. - Review Business Processes and identify areas for improvement leveraging technology innovation.

Engagement Type: Oracle E-Business Suite customization Description: Oracle Applications ongoing development and customization. Minimum Years Experience: 8 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Technical apps experience covering EBS Manufacturing. - Technical apps experience covering Shop Floor Management. - PL/SQL and Work flow. - Reports development skills. - Good Communication Skills. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Develop, test and deploy data conversion scripts and documentation in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules. - Working with Business to identify key integration points. - Testing, UAT and SIT. - Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written and ensure production and quality of applications meets specifications of operational schedules and business activities. - Experience working in a multi-developer, team environment is preferred.

Engagement Type: Implementation Description: Oracle Cloud HCM Data Migration Consultant required to join end customerDM team. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Substantial experience working with databases and ETL tools capable of data cleansing. - Ability to engage clearly with data stewards and business stakeholders to explain data migration concepts. This will also include data cleansing management and guidance. - Proactive in relation to identifying and understanding activities that are of benefit to the project. - Knowledge of Fusion Data Migration tools including FBDI/HDL/ADFDI and Fusion Webservices. - Previous experience of Data Migration in Fusion ERP projects involving HCML a must. This includes experience of migrating from Oracle eBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Areas of Responsibility: - Identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration requirements/scope. - Prepare Data Migration Plans including migration risk, milestones (Toll-gates), and business sign-off details. - Take ownership of testing of all data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) activities. - Provide technical thought leadership to define data migration strategy and solution design using ETL methodology. - Develop best practice, processes and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities.
