Beschrijving: Looking for an Oracle Cloud Service Logistics Functional Consultant for our client servicing a cloud transformation

5 Belangrijke vaardigheden vereist:

• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud modules, specifically Field Service, Maintenance SCE, and Sales and Service Cloud.

• In-depth understanding of service logistics processes, including parts management, technician inventory, service requests, and billing.

• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud Service Logistics modules with other Oracle ERP solutions and third-party systems.

• Ability to manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Cloud Service Logistics solutions, ensuring timely delivery and scope adherence.

• Availability to work pacific time zone hours and travel to Southern California for key milestones up to 25%. Must be a US Citizen or Green card holder per end-user clearance requirements.

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Service Logistics solutions, including modules related to service management, inventory, depot repairs, and logistics operations.

• Solution Design & Optimization: Design and optimize service logistics processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Business Process Analysis: Analyze business requirements and processes, working closely with stakeholders to tailor Oracle Cloud solutions to meet customer needs.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with finance, IT, and supply chain teams to ensure the service logistics solution aligns with broader organizational goals and processes.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service logistics processes and performance, leveraging the capabilities of Oracle Cloud.
