Beschrijving: My client a leading Oracle Cloud Consulting partner are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager with skills across HCM and ERP. The role will be to deliver a consistently high standard of Programmes and Projects to agreed deliverables, on-time and on-budget. Ensure that all Clients, post-Implementation become a positive reference site. Oversee other Projects being delivered by colleagues acting as senior reviewer and champion of raising standards and good practice.

5 Belangrijke vaardigheden vereist:

• Has excellent knowledge and implementation experience of Oracle HCM Cloud, including multiple demonstrable examples of delivering large-scale Oracle Projects.
• Has strong Client-facing and Consultancy experience and can build strong lasting relationships.
• Has proven, full lifecycle Implementation experience of delivering Oracle based HCM solutions to medium and large Enterprise clients.
• Experience of supporting Pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs.
• MUST have eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance at SC Level.

• Project planning and leadership.
• Strong Stakeholder Management.
• Plan and lead the delivery of Client-facing workshops and meetings, demonstrating significant domain knowledge and experience.
• Create well-structured & accurate deliverables such as Project Plans, status reports and other agreed governance documents.
• Manage Project risks and issues relating to your Project, proposing mitigations where applicable and communicating risks to the Client and the Consulting Director in Monthly Project Reports.
