Typical Organisation StructureThe actual organisation structure will of course change dependant on the number of sites and if multiple sites; big band or rollout. The number of users, footprint of Oracle E-Business products and of course the availability of certain resources within the project as well as identification / utilisation of employees that have particular Oracle E-Business Suite skill sets could also affect the team composition. The time lines will also have an impact on the org structure. The diagram below is indicative of a Hybrid Team engagement for a Green Field implementation of Oracle financials and HRMS, rolling out across a small number of sites.
