Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Experience of delivering at least one Oracle Cloud implementation. - Full project life-cycle experience. - Experience in an Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll module. - Stakeholder management. - Requirement gathering. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Leading the design and delivery of the integration projects. - Manage a work stream including on and offshore resources. - Work closely with other area leads. - Work closely with technical workstreams to provide design of interfaces, reports etc. - Build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders.

Clients are looking to start identifying and generating reports using Smartview and OTBI. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: - Strong background in Oracle Cloud Financials Reports development using Oracle’s tools (OTBI and Smartview). - Financial background/Accountancy qualification would be beneficial. - Strong customer-facing and communication skills. Areas of Responsibility: - Work with key users of all levels to identify required reports and agree a ‘packaged’ reports portfolio. - Hands-on development of reports / dashboards. - Train ‘super users’ in how to develop these reports.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: - Career Data Migration with relevant industry experience (consulting) implementing Oracle Cloud modules. - Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and Financials modules required. - Strong senior stakeholder management, communication and ‘expectation setting’ experience. - Third-party vendor selection and subsequent management experience along with proven ability to maintain project deadlines. - UK travel requirement. Areas of Responsibility: - Owning the relationship with the Systems Integrator, Oracle and any other third-party vendors. - Budget ownership. - Regular reporting into steering committee.
